How Plus UI Design handles account, artwork and website information for PixelArt Cloud.

Last updated: October 23, 2026.

Free image converter and usage measurement

Images selected in the free image-to-pixel-art converter are processed in your browser and are not uploaded. PNG and .pxa downloads are generated on your device. Basic conversion, download and plugin-link events are sent to a first-party endpoint and written to the hosting service’s operational logs. Event fields include whether a sample or an uploaded image was used, grid size, palette, dithering, download format and plugin destination. The event payload does not contain images, filenames, pixel data or a visitor identifier, and the converter does not set analytics cookies. Normal hosting request metadata is handled by the hosting provider. If an existing tag manager is configured on the site, it can also receive these action events under that configuration. Log availability and retention follow the hosting service configuration. Download events mean a file was generated; plugin-link clicks do not prove installation or purchase.

Choosing to publish artwork to the community is a separate action with its own account and visibility requirements.

Information used by the product

Signing in uses Clerk to manage authentication and session information. The application stores an account identifier, username, optional display name, profile image and biography. Artwork records contain the source pixels, title, description, tags, settings, visibility, timestamps and owner. Collections, likes, saves, download counts and reports support community features.

Why information is processed

Account and artwork information is used to provide the features you request. Security, abuse reports and operational records help protect the service and resolve problems. Where data-protection law applies, service delivery is based on performing our agreement with you; security and support rely on legitimate interests, and optional newsletter marketing relies on your consent. Legal obligations can also require processing.

What other people can see

Public artwork and public profile information can be seen by other visitors. Unlisted artwork can be accessed by people who receive its link. Private artwork is intended for the signed-in owner through the product’s access controls. Avoid including personal or confidential information in any upload. Removing content cannot recall copies previously downloaded by others.

Providers and requests

Clerk provides authentication, Convex provides application data storage, and Vercel hosts the website. These services process information needed to deliver and secure their functions. Support messages are processed to respond to your request. Provider infrastructure may process information outside your country, under the applicable provider agreements and transfer safeguards.

Newsletter and advertising

Newsletter signup is optional and separate from your product account. The form sends your email to the Plus UI service and Mailchimp and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions. You can unsubscribe using a newsletter link. The site also includes Google’s AdSense script, which can process request information and use cookies or identifiers when advertising services operate. See the linked newsletter notice and Google’s advertising information for more details.

Retention and removal

Account and artwork information is kept to operate your account and the features you use. You can manage artwork from your dashboard and request account or personal-data deletion through support. Some information may need to remain for security, resolving disputes or legal obligations; deletion from backups follows the relevant service’s retention cycle. Do not assume that signing out deletes your account or uploads.

Your choices and rights

You can edit available profile and artwork settings and choose whether to subscribe to email updates. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your data-protection authority. Contact support to make a request; we may need to verify it belongs to you.
