Terms of use
These terms cover using PixelArt Cloud to publish, discover, download and remix pixel-art source files.

Using the service
PixelArt Cloud is operated by Plus UI Design. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the community guidelines. Only create an account if you can enter into an agreement under the law that applies to you; otherwise involve a parent or guardian. Keep your sign-in access secure and contact support if it is compromised.
Your artwork and our permission to host it
You retain your rights in artwork you upload. You must have permission to publish it and grant the permissions selected in the product. You give Plus UI Design permission to store, process, reproduce and display the material to provide PixelArt Cloud, including previews and delivery according to its visibility and download settings.
Downloads, remixes and third-party rights
Honor the creator’s download and remix settings and any accompanying license. A download or remix toggle is not a promise that every commercial use is permitted. Obtain any additional rights needed for your intended use. Keep attribution and do not misrepresent another creator’s work as your own.
Public and private choices
You choose the visibility of your artwork. Public work may be discovered by other people; unlisted links may be shared by recipients. Changing settings or removing an upload cannot recall copies someone has already downloaded. Keep your own backup of original source files.
Acceptable use and moderation
Follow the community guidelines. Do not infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service. We may remove content or restrict access for violations, security issues or rights complaints. You can ask support to review a decision.
Availability and purchases
Features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable. Keep backups rather than relying on the service as your sole archive. Separate paid products, host add-ons and purchases have the terms and prices shown at their own checkout; using this community does not include every Plus UI product.
Responsibility and your rights
Creators are responsible for their uploads and permissions; users are responsible for assessing material before reuse. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of community artwork. These terms do not exclude statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and leaving
The current terms and update date appear here. Contact support about account closure, content removal or questions about a change. The privacy notice explains personal-data requests and the copyright page explains rights complaints.
